The necesary paperwork for the evaluations are handed over
generaly to the expert evaluator or the Real Estate inspector at the time
of the inspection. THe necesary paperwork for real estate evaluation
in order of the type of objects that are being evaluated:
a) Documents required to assess apartments
• Property Act
• Termination of tabulation
• Land book extract for information
• Technical memorandum
• Site and boundary plan (scale 1:200 / 1:500)
• Property sheet
• Surveying apartment
• Copy of client identity card / registration certificate copy
b) Documents required to assess property (building + land)
• Property Act
• Termination of tabulation
• Land book extract for information
• Admission to the plan (scale 1:5000)
• Plan of situation
• Authorization for construction / demolition
• The Taking-Over
• Certificate of urbanism
• Technical Memorandum architecture
• Technical Memorandum resistance
• Property sheet
• Each level of construction surveying
• Copy of client identity card / registration certificate copy
